Tuna Teardown

Late each summer, warm blue water pushes within range of the coast and brings the tuna with it — hard-charging albacore and, in the right years, bluefin. When the weather window opens, we go. This is the Teardown: a 5 AM departure from Port Alberni, a long offshore run past the last sight of land, and hours of high-speed trolling on the open Pacific. Expect screaming reels, sashimi-grade fish, and a boat ride you'll be telling stories about for years. Offshore trips run only when our captains call the conditions safe — if the window closes, we reschedule or refund in full. This trip is for game anglers comfortable with a long day on big water. Bring warm layers and your sea legs; we bring everything else.
